I am currently setting up a PMO in a company for the IT & Services department, so far, i have been concentrating on the health portfolio part, and completing a report for the executives to show the ROI, risks, issues, business benefits etc. Whilst in the interim period i now have to create a PMO Ops manual for the reporting so if im absent someone could pick it up and produce a report etc. Has anyone got any examples or ideas
