Well for the person buying/selling plenty.
For us in the general public. no benefit, one less competitor for GM, slightly smaller market, the less companies kinda puts a stopper on any great price offers. so as i said, for them lots of benefits, for us, none.
Japanese technology. (and GM's ability to make luxury vehicles). could be interesting.)
Then we'll have wide-bodied japanese cars for a change. hahahaha! Its a good idea.
