Controller is the job that someone does at some companies. But what does he do? I know the CEO runs the company. I know the HR Manager hires people on. The Marketing Manager promotes the company. The Janitor empties the trash cans. What does the Controller do? Thank you.

Financial Operations... heads up the business office, oversees accounting functions which would include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance, investments, etc.
Right, he's like the head of accounting. Kind of like a CFO, but not as high level. He ensures that the companies financial & accounting practices are workign properly & oversees staff accountants.
he tries to control prices like buy it for as little as possible and keep wages as low as possible if you know what i mean
