What is the difference if any between "Secretary Board of Trustees" and "Secretary of the Corporation"

The Secretary of the Board of Trustees isn't necessarilly an employee of that corporation. There are non-employee trustees and directors on a Corporations board. The Secretary of the Corporation, is an employee of that corporation.
