Have them send it back and you will refund there money. Not worth arguing or fighting with them.
If you have not already put in your terms they can return items in such in such time frame after receiving it, they pay return shipping. Never refund money until item is in your hands and it is in the same condition as the pictures you took before hand, I would also take pictures when you get it. But as I said do not argue or fight. Not worth it!!
I have taken back things too, though not to many when we had our store open with over five thousand things in it..
