Can stores kick you out for not having any money on you?

Answer:
How exactly would they know that you don't have any money on you?

Businesses can refuse service to anyone. They can also refuse to let you browse endlessly. Few stores do this because it makes them look bad in front of customers.

Unless someone is in a store for hours on end or behaves in a manner that attracts attention in a negative way, a store is unlikely to take any action.
Was you up to No Good? Nah..

If you were in the snobby side of town i could see where they might not like you Looking at there expensive items when you should be in Target or walmart.
I highly doubt it, but it depends on the store. what's the purpose of this question, anyway?
Maybe..if they call it loitering or something
only if you try to buy something with out money. in that case it is stealing and yes. But if you are just looking and not trying to take it, they can't kick you out, you have every right to be there
No, if this has happened to you call the ACLU.
No they may not.
haha hmmm. I dont think so haha. pretty sure they cant but you never know
If you have no means to pay for a purchase (cash, credit/debit cards, checks, travelers cheques) then yes they can indeed kick you out for "loitering".
How would they know? Only way they would know is if you told them. I go in stores all the time with no cash..I love my debit card.
I dont think so, I mean how would they know you have no money on you?
