So im going through a bunch of stupid crap with an L A Fitness contract. I got an account for a personal trainer and they ended up charging me a lot more then I intended. Inorder to cancel this account i need to write the corporation a letter of termination of the contract. but since I ve never written a letter of termination i m not sure out to word it. so if anyone could give me an example that would be awesome

I am writing you today regarding my membership with you LA Fitness club in xyz City.
The contract for services states I would be charged $50 per visit. I have been charged $65 for my last two visits.
I would like my membership terminated, as I can not get anyone to honor the contract that was signed.
