Bell Mobility pulled the wool over my eyes so many times I didn't know which way to turn until one day I finally cancelled my contract with them.Upon doing this I recieved a hefty cancellation bill plus what they insisted my previous bill was . I didn't speak with one Bell employee that knew what they were doing and the store location nearest to me is filled with liars. I wouldn't recommend their cell phone service to anyone because getting ripped off isn't fun. All of Bell big wigs should be in jail ; I thought that is where all crooks and criminals belong. I must say that at the location in the mall here in the city they are all a bunch of smooth talkers that tell you what they can just to get commission because we all know don't we , "It's The Sell That Counts".They could sell fur to a polar bear and laugh all the way to the bank .The customer is nothing . I am so disappointed with the way I was treated. I am in the process of taking this issue to court . I need luck for sure.

They do it because people let them. People listen to what they hear, and often times sign something without reading it - it's shady to tell people one thing and have your contract say something different, but people should be responsible enough to be thorough (and READ) when they're signing a contract.
I had this happen once a LONG time ago & learned from it. Take the lesson and don't make the same mistake next time. Good luck!
