My company just changed its name from( inc), to( holding LLC) ,what does this mean.?

Answers:
Actually, in some states a company can easily change from an "inc" to an "llc" with the completion of some very simple paperwork.

Both are ways for the company to limit the liaiblity/exposure of its owners. An "inc" is a corporation that is a separate taxpayer and an "llc" is a modified partnership who's income flows to the owners who pay taxes.

One reason for the switch could be that your company's owners are involved in some tax planning.
companies can't just change their names,, a C or S corporation can't just change to a LLC

if it was xyz, INC it can't change to xyz,LLC

maybe they just started a new company
Inc means incorporated and LLC means Limited Liability Company
