This Canadian company copies programs from television and will not replace nor refund any of its products. Their customer service only provides "lip service."

Agreed, the company seems to be overcharging for the mediocre quality series on offer; however providing a refund is most likely impossible - imagine how many 'bad' people would be buying the series, copying it, then returning it as not satisfied.
