What is a sole-proprietorship business?



Answers:
It means that one person is completely responsible for all assets and liabilities of that particular business...so if it does not succeed, that one person is financially responsible for any debts that may incur and it goes onto their personal financial record.
a business own by one person only.

itz like a sole trader i guess .. were the is one owner ,, he / she runz the business solely with no interference , they can make their own decisions , few legal formalities , easy 2 set up , secrecy mantained n they have un limited liability .. THEY GET ALL PROFITZ 8-) :p
