How do I move on?have spent 5 years with this company.?

Spent 5 years with a dead in job, I could have went to school and gotten two degrees by now, how do I start over? knowing jobs are hard to find.
I'm finding it hard to move on.

Life is what you make of it. There is a lot of night college courses and internet courses to enable you to attain a degree. However, a degree doesn't assure one a good job. Make sure you do something that you can enjoy. You spend over 20 years of your life working. Don't regret. I would rather have a enjoyable job with less money, than a dead-end job with a lot of money. Best wishes.

see if you can move on and still work for the same company. your greatest asset is what you know about what you do. use it. check out the your competition for a similar but more progressive job.if you want a complete change, be careful, learn first.
Go to school now and get those degrees you are interested in - that way you have skills to take to higher a higher level and not just to another dead end job.
