when you refer to wall street, if you mean the financial world, then its the heads/ceo of the top hedge funds in the world, i;e SAC capital, quadrangle group, alix partners, york capital to name a few. if you actually mean wall street, as in the big banks, its the top traders at goldman, morgan stanley, bear stearns, etc.
