Any suggestions as to the wording for my Out of Office Reply? It needs to be professional. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your email. I will be out of the office starting on Friday, Aug. 11th and will be returning on Monday, Aug 14th. I will not have acces to my email and voice mail. If you need immediate assistance please contact Jason Shah at 555-555-555.

Make sure you put a return date, and provide an emergency contact name, number and/or email. If you're going to check your email when you return, put that in there as well.
