More cell phone angst?

I didn't mean to close this question. Still looking for answers:

Does anyone know the steps I need to take to go into arbitration over a disputed cell phone bill with Team Mobile? And if so, any suggestions on how to navigate the arbitration process? I have what I believe is a very strong case against them based on the facts (will spare the details-suffice to say I am being charged completely unfairly based on their error).

It depends on the arbitration agreement. Generally, all agreements to arbitrate must be in writing. If your phone company requires arbitration in front of a specific forum (such as American Arbitration Association or JAMS), contact the forum and look at their rules. Their websites usually explain everything.
