How can i start an IPO?

Answers:
Very simple. First you form a corporation, invest in it and start operating it. After a few years your company may start making a profit and grow. As you hire more employees and expand your business it may grow to a large enough size to interest other investors. When the business is large enough and strong enough to expand rapidly, it will need a large influx of money to do the planned expansion. At that time you approach an investment firm about having an initial public offering of the company's stock. If you start now and have a great idea for the business, you may be able to have an IPO in anywhere from 5-15 years from now. Good luck.
you can contact one of brokers in your area.
The first step is to choose a market (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX or a foreign Stock Market)
