If someone force you to act stupid on the job cause it hurts their ego?

or make them feel itchy that you are more clever than their management style. Does it make you more stupid to not comply; or for that matter they aint even satisfied with your professional attitude but wanna control your mind for some evil nature. Or control is a stress that you need to bear in some form in most corporate cultures. Or boss=god is the allegiance big companies demand. Confusing as most corporations rely on individuals position for the credibility of their decisions and word and not operational intelligence and building confidence in their own employees for their loyal and honest contribution in their given respective roles. I really dunno where I am getting with this but does anyone has such difficulties with the issue of control that are practiced in this way

Answer:
hmm not 100% clear what you are getting at. are you complaining about corporate hierarchy? aint nothing you can do about that. Working for someone else means taking orders unless you are the CEO.

In answer to your question, if I have understood it correctly, is yes I have problems taking orders from people who clearly know less than me. Thats why ultimately, I intend to work for myself!!
What?
What? I wouldn't worry about someone forcing YOU to act stupid. You are doing a good job on your own.
