Would you buy share in a company that spends money for a feng-shui consultation for their head office?

Answers:
it depends.

Most HQ are pretty expensive in there decoration. So a feng-shui consultation isn't that extreme. Feng-shui can make employees happier (read: more productive) or more inviting for clients.

It would be a problem if the business is basing most of there decisions on feng-shui. Interior design however is pretty "innocent".
No lol
Considering the pro's and con's, make your decision, not on what they eat.

There are a LOT of companies that do spend money for feng shui, whether in their head office or not

Disney for example when they opened a theme park in Hong Kong had to bow to feng shui experts and follow their suggestions http://www.iht.com/articles/2005/04/24/b...

Even News Corp, owner of MySpace "reportedly consulted feng shui experts regarding the headquarters offices of DirecTV after News Corp. acquired that company in 2003."

most companies who use fengshui to build their head office don't actually have fengshui decorations - so how would you even know? for instance, the stage of oprah's show, it is typical fengshui because the audience give power to the center of the circle, where oprah and her guest/s are seated. you can have a minimalist decoration in a fengshui'd location. the important thing is that using fengshui you know where to put the office, the toilets, the kitchen/ mess hall, etc. and how are these areas arranged in the building.

again people who do not know anything about fengshui always assume that fengshui is about decoration, or about zen, that it will make you peaceful, or a building with chinese or zen-like decor is done according to fengshui, when in fact, most of these are not fengshui.

you can have your house done based on fengshui without having those fengshui decorations, not even adding a single mirror, or a bagua, or a windchime.
Yes.
For those in asian countries where there is a strong population of chinese, it's a big added plus if a company (and its hq) have went through a traditional feng shui consultation. As an asian, yes, i would.

You would be surprised as to how many traditional chinese born investors would insist on one before or after (depending on the phase).
