yep.pretty positive that DEFINATELY falls under the sexual harassment policy in companies. You need to call the police and file sexual assault charges and file a sexual harassment report in your H.R. department where you work.

No, but you're harassing all of us on Y!A with this ridiculous question. I highly doubt this happened. In most states, this is called rape, sodomy at a minimum, so call the police if you're so concerned.

Call the cops, have the boss arrested, get a police report and sue the company for 100 times your annual pay for lost wages and fear from not being advanced due to having your boss arrested plus another 1.5 million for pain and suffering for the company even hiring someone so vile, if there was no backgroiund check on him for pre employment sue for 3 million. You can probably settle for between 1 and 1.5 million and win
