Asking how successfull other sales people r - does it help find good sales job?

when there r sales people in a sales team that r successful, it shows u can potentially be successful there as well - right ?

in my current company there is no single successful sales person, and never was as i learned - should i find another sales job?

Yeah, you should find another sales job, and maybe a course in spelling, grammar and English. Good communication skills are needed to be a good sales person, and it appears you need help in that area.
