Are there legitimate companies who can for a fee get your credit card interest rates lowered?

I was phoned by Credit Services, phone out of Miami Fl who for a fee of just over 600 dollars said they could negoiate for lower interest rates on my credit cards. I hope this is for real.

You can call your credit card company yourself and negotiate for a lower interest rate for the cost of the phone call. What a scam!!
You can call your credit card companies and negotiate for a lower interest rate. You don't have to pay money to any company to do it. I do it all of the time. Just tell them you are going to move your balance to another card or that you have received a much better offer in the mail. Then watch them scurry to help you!
