if you don’t have enough money to protest the construction of the building than move before it is unpleasant living there and know one wants to live there ether (if you own, assuming we are talking about a house you live in that will be overshadowed by a bigger building). you wont get any justice. save your money and don’t fight the man and just find a new patch with light, air and right of way.
U have all the rights but u must exhaust at the right place. Not with planning department corporation stc, because they are all corrupted they do not give a damn to ur plea.
All U have to do is go and put a stay in the court siting all details and get a stay. Consult ur lawyer. Also file a criminal police complaint against the builder for cheating. Then U see how the builder wags his tail and come behind U.
