I shoped at the Superstore and the cashier gave me a card with "tell us how we did today" this is in Brockville Ont. , store number is 301017, its a survey and its suppose to give me 10 chances to will $2,000. according to this slip they gave me with my receipt.

So? Its done all the time. They are just trying to find out her they serve their customers the easy & cheap way. Personally, I would not mind or be concerned, I may participate.
10 chances against a few thousand others means that you likely won't win. Besides, once you give them your address and phone number, they will begin sending you ads.
Ignore the survey. The store did what you wanted them to do most: supply the product.
