Can any one tell me how to go about building a city?
Answer:
Start with the long solid base of your Lego set. Space the buildings far enough apart so the little cars can be moved around easily while saying RRRRUN, RRRRUN. In order to build skyscrapers, you may need to buy additional blocks.
use a lot off bricks
You better have at least a billion dollars to get started.
If you got concret, that's an awsome start.
Brick by brick. One on top of the other.
try simulation city building games to work on tactice. I recommend sim city, sim city 2000, and sim city 3000
You'll need planning permission and a good architect to start with.
There was one for sale on ebay a couple of months ago. Just keep your eyes open!
use mind control and get the minions to do it

you need land, aproximatly 10 trillion pounds maybe more, a work force, and someone to run it.

Start by practicing with Sim City software. When you get really good, document your prowess with screen prints and build your portfolio. Good luck!
