Who said this quote: “take care of your customer, and they would take care of you.”?

Answer:
According to the site below it was someone named Ruth Blumkin

And.according to the next link she owned furniture stores and was bought out by billionaire investor Warren Buffet.

So, I searched Google with just one word - Blumkin - and found some sites that say her first name was ROSE, not Ruth.

My guess is that Rose Blumkin is correct. If you search her name you get way more results than by searching Ruth Blumkin
I'm not of who said it, but it's very true. If you take care of the customer, then they will take care of you. Meaning, they will bring back themselves and their friends, instead of telling people that your business is a rip-off, or other bad comments.
