A game for teaching team building in a company?

I am to taech a group of people to build a team . so i need an activity to make it more effective.

Answer:
The one thing we did to team work was some program called "The Awakening". That was sort of a wilderness survival thing. Falling off of a platform having the coworkers catching the person, walking a tight rope, and a bunch of other things. But I don't think that's what your looking for. The place we went was set up for doing these kind of events.

What about building something? Maybe a float for a parade? Or if you really want to work on a group activity that will build team work try paintball.
