Diversity, A lot of corporations look for that now because diverse is not black and white any more it is religion, age,race and ethnicity's. If you have a diverse population in your company many Ideas can be shared and this is one thing corps look for.
Diversity is bullsh*t because it is divisive, and it shouldn't be taught at all.
