I have heard of some of their products, they make good cleaners. They have been in business since 1937 and are listed on the NYSE and aren't a junk stock, so those are good signs.
They pay salary plus commision for your first 2 years as a "trainee". They make your hours and tell you what to do and who to see from what I gather from their website employment ad. If you are interested in an agressive sales job (this one seems like it would be work, rather than an easy one, but if the payoff is there.), since your first 2 years are salary plus commision, you could try it and see if it seemed like something you would like to do and could see yourself being successful at.
The way their ads are set up, they look like they do a lot of recruiting which means there's a fair amount of turnover. I would take that to mean it is a job that is not for everyone (but what job is?).
