Are you familiar with LLC filings?

Is there a way that I could file my Articles of Incorporation over the phone or online? And I have already filed my name reservation and received my receipt.

Answer:
I'm not familiar with Minnesota, but generally speaking LLC's don't have Articles of Incorporation. Corporations have those. LLC's have Articles of Organization, so make sure you are filing the right document.

Some states allow it to be done online. You might want to check the link below. It's not clear to me that MN allows electronic filings for this. Looks like they will take electronic UCC's, but that doesn't help you much. I would suggest giving them a phone call to verify.

You will probably also need to include your copy of the reserved name filing with this filing. Otherwise, the SOS will likely reject the filing because they can't figure out that you are the one entitled to use the reserved name.

FYI - I think all states will accept a FedEx.
Check with the secretary of state in the state you live in (or chartered in). Some states you can.
