How true! After waiting up to an hour in answering system hell, the last thing I want to hear is that hackneyed line. Just hire more operators and we won't BE inconvenienced!
Yes. I agree it is annoying. But in countries where people love to sue, that line is the safest bet to save one's skin. :)
