It seems like everything month I am getting a strange fee from some of the bills, such as cable, electric. When I call about and ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told they will call me back and I never hear back from them. I call back and the same thing. I have tried email and phone to reach these people and never hear a word. Seems like everyone is greedy now a days
