Where can I buy toshiba AA (double "A") batteries?

I need to purchase large quantities of toshiba double A (AA) batteries, but directly from the manufacturer. Can anyone give me the name or some information that might lead me to get in contact with them?

unless you are a licensed toshiba dealer you have no hope of getting any product from them.
