I work as an admn.assistant for an office.But lately both my bosses have been going at it about rules and this and that about the office. Obviously I as an assistant know how they will contradict each other when an issue arises. Which has happened already and one of my bosses stated " I do not need a little boss". I do not mean to stick my nose where it belongs I simply try to balance the two of them before an issue arises. I really dont want to be caught up in the middle b/c one tells me this and the other tells me another thing... I dont want any office drama,like if there isnt any in a perfect office,and my bosses think I am a snitch or somethin.
What the hell should I do???

Lay down the law. The Administrative assistant runs the office. The bosses just think they do. They are helpless without you.
First thought to me would be to find another job with more respectful bosses. If that can't happen try taking it to a higher authority and explain your frustration. I don't think going to your bosses individually will solve anything because it sounds as though they're comfotable in talking to you in any manner other than professional. If you haven't been employed with this company long get the HELL out if you've put in some time and effort go higher
