Currently the laws and regulations which are occurring with some organisations/businesses/home businesses have caused some
restrictions/limitations/unabl... to employ persons etc. Would like to hear from u all in favour to make positive changes to better your business needs such as wanting to extended working hours/days or perhaps may accommodate your business needs in some other way. Suggestions are welcome.

i dont have much of an answer but id like to thank you for yours. ** unfortunatly everything these days is regulated. i mean everything. look around and see for yourslef. why? because people with power/money, make these regulations mostly for the fulfillment of self interest. ex. gas prices. reason for rise and fluxuation.? self interest of powerful people. our leaders. would changing any of these laws, or rules benefit them. who knows. maybe maybe not. if it didnt benefit them, or bring them any income, would they care at all about the small business people? i assure you, that they wouldnt. this is why i belive that there will be no changes in small business.
