It will only add on to their suspicion if u didnt go for a disciplinary hearing. If you're not guilt then it's up to you to clear your name during the hearing.
Of course you can't. The only way you will get in trouble is by talking. It's their responsibility to prove your guilt. You will only help them by giong in and talking to them. Trust me, they will fire you either way, they just want you to think that there may still be a chance that you will keep your job so you'll go in and blab like a sucker. Don't be a sucker!
Yes, you can. Suspended by who? You really must speak to a lawyer about this problem, you are not likely to get good advice in this forum. I've represented respondents facing disciplinary hearings, and in one case advised the client not to go, as there was nothing to gain and lots to lose (settled the charges). Tell whoever it is that is requesting this hearing that you need time to find legal representation, and discuss your situation with a lawyer.
