Does anyone found eBay's customer service as good as nothing?

Have you ever tried contacting eBay's customer service and found the answer they provide is mostly unrelated to what you ask? Like it's copy and paste from their model answer guide book?

I have just found a person that feels the same way!! There customer service is bullshit
my experience is not the same. try contact them again until you have a great answer.
