How can I sell my shares in a privately held CA "C" corporation? I own approximately 1% of the company.

The corporation is not interested in buying my shares back.
I need to find a buyer for the shares.

Answers:
You can sell this like any other property. Just get an attorney to do the paperwork for you. Try advertising on ebay.
