What are your views on Network Marketing in general amd AMWAY in particular?
Just based on facts.
I know many people in it make money and still many many more DON'T make money!
It invokes very strong POSITIVE or NEGATIVE reactions!
But I also know that people who work hard and foccussed on it- make good money. Esp here in INDIA. Many top doctors,lawyers,engineers etc are doing this business.

N.M. in Amway is a business in which 41% is attrition rate. so a big hearted people survive first on the hard-work ( by making early joinings ) and then ethics, values, responsibility, accountability ( by building network ). Doesn't matter if one is a jobless, professional, salaried or retired. None is banned. Whosoever can communicate can manage this business.
It's really hard-selling your idea in which people have so much negative to share about the pricing, quality & the formulas to share commission at higher levels.
AMWAY has Nutrilite brand, No.1 in nutritional supplements in the world.
But, convincing is not the answer to the riddle but sharing your knowledge and resources is.
Only the pioneers make money. The earlier you joined , the better it is for you.
The first thing you must realize is that the purpose of it is NOT to sell product but to TRAIN others to sell products. If you are good at motivating people and training them how to sell you will do great.
If you are not or if you think you just need to go out and sell the product you won't make much.
Its all about how many people you recruit in and for them to sell - so a good motivator should do well
