The first thing you need to think of is the end result, what is it your are trying to achieve, for whom, by when, at what cost and what resources do you have available.
then set out the tasks in order of what needs to be done before you can move on to the next stage, and build in contingency should you experience delays
don't forget to add computer programmes, charts, diaries etc can assist to keep you on track ,etc etc
prioritizing the tasks by its due dates. some tasks are more immediate than others, so i would focus on the ones that need to be done right away. i would also evaluate each tasks to see how long it would take me to complete it. for instance, if it's a very simple task that would only take me less than an hour, i would do that first and leave the larger projects aside and work on those later. that way, you have less on your plate.
Hi find an example such as a project and then say you would plan it by finding out what it needs to complete and find out what the outcomes you want are then do as tep by step plan of what you want to achieve with timescales.
