Does anyone know how I can get my employment history dates since i can't remember the dates that i worked?

can't remember the dates that i worked where

Answer:
Was it so long ago that you dont remember? You dont have to be exact, I would try to get at least the correct month and year, or the year at the very least. If you worked a lot of jobs, too many to remember the exact dates, just estimate. I dont suppose you kept check stubs, or W-2's. You can contact the social security administration, or the IRS if it is really important to you. Good luck!
Uh-oh!
try farting in a jar than huffing it.
hope this helps
Yes, you can contact your previous employers and ask them.
Unfortunately you are going to have to contact each Employer and get the dates. Make sure when you fill out an application that you tell the truth, because if the dates are wrong they could not hire you for being wrong. My company does this!
At all? Perhaps www.irs.gov can provide previous tax returns to help with amounts, time, etc.

Also think backwards in time and associate the work you were doing with your personal life (You worked at ? while you were dating ?; your mother was sick while you worked at ? ) Basically play the "association game".

Would a background check show these dates/places? Maybe on here someone can answer that.
Start writing down all your personal info - address/ phone number/ address of employer/ employement time frame/ training/certifications you received, etcc.

Good luck.
check your tax returns. hopefully you held on to those. also employers don't particularly want a list of work history that is too long. hit the highlights and guess at the years. They don't ask a date, just if you worked there or not. m
You make them up

Within reasonable limits. Like, if you know it was March, and you say the 14th and it was really the 20th, no one will care in my experience
Im pretty sure the IRS can help but its going to take 2-6 weeks for them to get back to you.
