What are the requirements to work as a pharmacy technician in CA or NV?

I'm moving in about a month and I was wondering if the states have any additional requirements. I am PTCB certified. I currently work in Maryland. Also, what is the average pay for CPhT's in that area? (within 2 hours of Reno, don't know exactly where yet.)
