Try asking neighbors about babysitting but be sure you are old enough to understand that this is a really responsible job. Go ask the neighbors if they may need you on a Friday or Saturday night.
You can also ask if they need yard work done. Ask if they need leaves raked or if they need snow removed.
Another thing is to see if any of the elderly people need help cleaning.
Make sure you know that your parents know what you are up to and never enter a home without their knowledge. Good luck!

When I was in your situation I went to my guidance counselor and explained that I needed to earn some money. He helped me get a job cleaning a house after school for a family where both parents worked.
My neighbors kids put together a letter to the neighbors saying that they were available to help with odd jobs to earn money.
I know this isn't a fast solution, but with a little time, effort and imagination you will be able to make some cash.
