I'm felt so bad after I've given up my previous job..?
have you ever had this kind of experience before?
Answer:
Yes I had this experience many years ago. My employer at the time did not take it very well though. She became very derogatory and vindictive as though I had somehow degraded her or personally attacked her. I felt that the time for me had come to move on though and I wanted and needed to try to improve myself and my lot in life so it was definitely the right decision for me. Unfortunately my relationship with my former employer never did recover and everytime I happened to run into her she would state loudly to anyone who would listen about how she had gotten rid of all of the undesirable people that had formerly worked for her. She always made sure everyone knew she was directing her comments at me. I took the high road though and told her I was happy she had good people working for her now and wished her the best of luck with her business. It was hard, but it was my way of "killing her with kindness" and I am sure it worked as she never looked to happy that she didn't get a rise out of me! As far as your situation goes, only you know what is right for you and your future and you are the only one that can make the decisions concerning it. If it feels right to you there is no reason to associate any guilt with your decision. Hope this helps a little. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
