How can I "wow" at a second interview?

They like you so be yourself and the job is yours. I have interviewed many times and i used the second interview to see who is best suited to my staff already in place.

If you mean 'Wee out water' then just make sure you have drunk plenty of it beforehand.
The people who are interviewing you don't remember 60 percent of what you said but they do remember how you acted and looked. So dress nice. And answer the questions they aske, don't go on talking about your life or something else that may be irrelevent. Don't fidget and try not to look nervious. Eye contact and a smile always works.

Be impeccably and professionally dressed. Be prepared for those second interview questions (anything they didn't ask you the first time). Also go on-line to learn about the company and when they ask you do you have any questions? you can ask them something pertinent about the company.
(1) Research the company's current HOT products/services. Ask questions about these to push their "buttons."
(2) Research the company's history. Ask "Why do you believe that (company name) has been so successful at (product/service) since (date started)?"
(3) Research competitors. Ask "I know that (competitor listing) are your competitors and they (product/service). What gives your company an edge over them?"
Always follow-up with a HAND WRITTEN "Thank you" notecard after each interview.

do a lot of research on the company. apply that research in your answers and questions.
if you know who you will be speaking to research them as well their schools sports etc apply that researcg. example, the boss went to notre dame casual question do you think notre dame wi8ll beat michigan?
