How do i justify hiring more poeple. If you know a model that I can follow.please tell?
Answer:
1. Can you afford another employee?
2. Do you have sufficiant work for them to do?
3. Are your other employees going to be cut back to pay for this person.
4. Are other employees overworked to get their required work, is so a new employee can reduce burn-out and stress related sick time.
5. What equipment do I need in the workplace to accomidate this addition of workers.
These are what would come to mind for me.

First you need to be profitable before you hire more people. What would be the cost of training new people in relation to how much will they increase your profit.
Do you really need more people in your business, if not you cannot justify hiring them. If it's imperative for your business to grow and you can pay them then hire more people.
That is the best plan I know
