At my job you are considered for promotion after your first 6 months then every 3 months thereafter. The promotion is moving up another lever CSR 1, 2, 3 and so on. It also comes with a 5% raise. Latenesses, absences and performance is the main factor in being promoted. We next month will be 6 months for me and unfortunately I have used my sick and personal days already due to my illness and situations with my sons school, normal childhood sickness, ect. One supervisor laughed when someone mentioned that my review was coming up and another told me that if I could finish 988 outbound calls in 3 hours she will guarantee me a promtion. Knowing that it was nothing short of impossible they all laughed at me and asked every hour how far I had gotten. Then at the end of my shift, the supervisor said, "I guess not promotion for you" then laughed as she walked out for the day. I finished 120 calls and that's a record for any of them. Is it me or is it really F*** Up that they would do that ?

They have proven that you aren't important to them. In fact, all you are is a grunt soldier, always in the pits.
That is so F** up! I would have read them the riot act without using one curse word or raising my voice, but I would have so put them in there place.
