What is ordinary question to ask in interview?
Answer:
Ask a question based on something the interviewer has said. E.g. Could you tell me more about..? This shows you have been paying attention nd always impresses.
1. Why should we hire you.
2. Describe what is your biggest fault or weakness.
3. What are your plans or goals for the future
4. Do you like gladiator movies.

My favorite question to ask in an interview is "tell me about yourself?" It's called the 2 minute drill. Basically its what you've done most recently, what you liked about it, why you're ready to move on, and 2 or 3 positve action words about yourself with examples to back them up.
Assuming, you are asking a Question, as an Interviewer.
Ordinary and simple;
Mr or Ms.... let us know about yourself, little more, specially "What ever you have not placed in your application / bio data?
While making a candidate, comfortable!
1) Tell us something about yourself.
2)Why should we hire you? What makes you better than the other candidates?
3)They could give you a problem based on what job yourlooking for and ask you to solve it.
4)What experiences do you have in this field?
5) What qualifications do you have?

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? This question gives you an insight as to how long the candidate plans to be with your organization. Ideally, you want to hire someone who wants to grow with your company and help the company achieve its goals. Otherwise, you will be interviewing again in 5 short years.
