If your Company was relocating you from London to Manchester, what sort of questions would you want answering?

-Will the company help with relocation expenses?
-Will the employee be making a lateral move or will he/she be changing positions within the company?
-Is the relocation optional?
-What is the local commute time in that area?
-If cost of living expenses are higher in the new location, will the company increase wages to compensate for that?
-What is the crime rate in the new location?
-How do the schools compare?

How much more are you going to pay me to relocate?

so many questions can be asked on that.
1) pay increase?
2) extra money to find home?
3) if married with family - will you pay while my partner finds work, kids schools?
4) car insurance price difference?
5) bonus for me to actually move?
Another question I really don't see - is the company going to sell my house and pay for the family to move or is it just me they are paying for.
