Any comments about the new US law trying to make employees"supervisors"to keep them out of unions?

like RN's who do a rotating"charge nurse" duty but have no authority over anyone and perhaps a token pay increase when they aare assigned that role.Or a fast food worker who may "close" at night but has no authority over others will be named as a supervisor so companies can save money not giving then rights /overtime pay etc. How can labor get aorund this Perhaps by concensus/group leading instead of assigning one person to lead the group?

Answer:
I have a very low opinion of unions nowadays so it sounds fine to me; but I confess I have not read the case (or three cases involved). The effect of the decision may be limited.

But it does help prevent a Conflict of Interest situation where a union supervisor can rate other union brothers & sisters and possibly give them fewer opportunities for advancement or affect their pay. I have seen this in an engineering union; some slime gave out zero raises so he could get a big raise form that same pool; he was later promoted to management (of course).
