Believe me, I've had jobs where (3) was very good, but (2) was a miss and I was miserable. You've got to look at the whole picture - are you doing/growing in an area you enjoy? Do (would) you like working with the people? Is the salary AND BENEFITS package competitive and reasonable? Do you have to move/commute, and does the move energize you (and will the company still be around to merit this)? What kind of input do you have from those that mean the most to you?
